Have you considered how your documents will be checked and validated, it would be prudent to do so.
Each author of a procedure need have a checker and authoriser identified so the procedure can be fully checked out, with the intent of making each procedure written as best as possible, having a checker and approved from another section of the plant also helps spread the learning.
I would always advocate clearly displaying lists of who can do what, so it’s evident a plan is in place.
